Our Mission
Safe Haven Farmstead and Rescue has identified the need for animal rehousing and rehabilitation in our area, specifically for farm animals. Though we do not discriminate against household pets as well, we aim to ensure a safe environment where animals of all species, within legal limits, can heal, grow and flourish - to meet their fullest potential. Our goal as a non-profit is to save as many lives as possible and rehome those who are ready to pre-approved homes. Any animals who have been rehomed who no longer meet the needs of their owners, are to be brought back for our rehoming program. In addition, we hope to educate residents in our area on the stories of our rescues and the proper care required to keep such animals, to try to lower the rehoming rates in our area. Everyone deserves a chance to become what they were always meant to be, these animals give us their best, so they deserve ours.
