Enjoying the Afternoon

Just Hailey and her soul sister Maddison enjoying the warmth of a small fire this cloudy afternoon

Maddison was hit by a car in December and despite having a funky walk and a pigeon toe, she has been doing very well! 2 weeks ago she started relapsing and having trouble balancing and walking, as she did after she was first hit. However, the beautiful weather and warm fires have been helping heal her soreness and she's slowly getting back to her old self again!

We're still going to keep her separated from the rest of the coop for a little longer until we're sure she's 100 per cent again.
